It's a young orchard that we have had great results with. We have Northern Saskatoons which are
known for there beautiful, big, sweet berries; Evan's Cherries - great for pies, juice, and jams; Prairie
Sun Apples, plus crab apples, and other varieties of Cherries. We even have a couple Honey berry
trees which we hope to see fruit off starting this year or next!

SIDES OF BEEF - Prices based on $2.69/lbs
If a side of beef is too big, we can split them in half. When we split a side of beef, we mix half
of the front and half of the hindquarters.
A side of beef is a mixture of Roasts, Steaks, Lean Ground Beef, Minute Steak (Tenderized
Steak) and Stew Meat.
Just give me shout at (403) 581-3301 and let me know which side you want or which side you
wish to split. You can come pick it up, or if you are in Ralston or Medicine Hat, we can drop it
off.
