Mid’s Stjorm; born April 24 1988 is a proven stallion with two foals due this spring. He
passes on his well balanced confirmation, beautiful sculpted head, trainable mind and gentle
disposition. Stjorm has been ridden in the mountains, on trail rides and in parades.
Also for sale is a set of single harness in new condition that fits Stjorm for $1,000.00
The charming, gentle disposition of the Fjord Horse is its most outstanding quality. They are
hardy, long lived (it is not unusual for them to live into their late 30’s), agile, sure-footed, and
willing. They love attention, are "people oriented", and are happiest when they are working.
They learn fast and have an amazing ability to retain what they have learned even after long
periods of inactivity. Their cool temperament and graceful, balanced gaits both under saddle
and in harness make them the ideal family and sport horse. They are used for schooling horses
for the young or inexperienced rider, yet are large and powerful enough for adults to ride and
enjoy.
